Spectre Divide Duality and Economy

Spectre Divide Duality

In Spectre, every player begins each round with two bodies instead of one.

  • During gameplay you’ll control one of your bodies which is active. Your body which isn’t currently active is referred as your Spectre.
  • Your Spectre remains crouched in place, and by pressing [X] you can instantly swap your consciousness into that body to actively control it. There is no cooldown on how often you can swap bodies.
  • If you die, you’ll automatically take control of your other body after a short delay.
  • To move your Spectre, you can press [V] to take out a device known as your Puck which can be thrown to recall your Spectre to the landing spot. If you die while recalling your Spectre, the recall will be cancelled and you’ll take control of your Spectre at its last location.
  • Your Spectre can automatically sense when enemies are running or jumping nearby. This will trigger an on-screen alert known as a Spectre Warning. Enemies will not set off Spectre Warnings if they’re walking, aiming down sights, or carefully vaulting.
  • Each map contains areas and shortcuts that can only be accessed by throwing your puck – get creative!
